Brayden Killings, who was diagnosed with ADHD and OCD was last seen on the 100 block of Badger Ave. at 4:45 p.m., Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said. Killings was wearing blue jeans, a red hooded sweatshirt featuring white logos and lettering, and gray and green 5.11 shoes, Fragé said.
